AWESOME ... and I do Like Alan

Jim ... YOU get what I'm saying. We need a team that consists of IBM-ers, BPs and Customers that focuses on retention and expansion of the ND installed base. That is not happening. As someone pointed out earlier in this thread, the Notes jobs aren't there any more. Many of those that are there are looking for some Exchange experience to help facilitate the migration away from Domino. If that doesn't indicate a trend, I don't know what does. I want to continue in the ND world. Frankly, I don't want to be out of a job in 6 months nor do I have a beef with Alan. I think he does a great job. However, aside from Alan, Ed and a few other blogs, IBM Sales & Marketing has been rather complacent on the customer retention side of things. We need to stop the blood letting now. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps we start a new thread focusing on retention and expansion and, along with lotususergroup.org, start a virtual user group that is focused on retention and expansion.
